El Pinar is a small development of detached bungalows in a quiet setting half a mile easy walking distance from sandy beaches restaurants and shops. Within 10 mins walking distance is the Algas, a rocky headland which is wonderful for snorkelling and has an excellent bar & restaurant, right on the beach. Moraira town is a mile from the bungalow.
The bungalow is very well furnished and in winter 2005 underwent a total renovation including new kitchen, bathrooms, pool, terracing, BBQ, dining room, central heating, and covered terrace. The bungalow sleeps six comfortably and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge making room for eight people. There are 3 bedrooms: two twin and one double with en suite shower room with double shower, toilet and hand basin. The main bathroom is fitted with a toilet, hand basin and full bath with shower over.
There is a well-furnished lounge and separate dining room both of which easily seat 6+ people. The lounge has community satellite TV, a DVD player and CD/ cassette player. There are over 50 DVD films provided and a large number of CDs.
The kitchen is newly refitted to a high standard with wooden units and granite work surfaces. There is a convection oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. A cot is also available for rental should you require it. There is central heating for winter lets and a brand new combi-boiler also provides hot water on demand.
There is a newly installed free form swimming pool, over 30 square metres, with 1m shallow end and steps and ample sun terraces for 6 sun loungers and chairs. There is also a covered terrace providing al fresco dining for 8 people and a rear patio and BBQ area.
The communal swimming pool is also about 30 yards from the bungalow and is only used by the development as access is via a locked gate.
The villa is equipped and maintained to a high standard. The bungalow is thoroughly cleaned before your holiday and rental price includes a weekly change of linen (bed linen, bath and hand towels). Beach towels are not provided and must be provided by the client.
