Welcome to Tropical Dream Villa -may we invite you to take a look around our beautiful, spacious and unique home and imagine yourself there....we aim to make your vacation dreams come true
Step inside our cool, bright and airy tiled hallway and you will immediately feel welcome. Walk round the 2000 sq ft of luxury and soak up the unique Caribbean atmosphere. Our home has been furnished to a high standard, and has Caribbean accents chosen personally by us - we like to combine our love of the Caribbean with our passion for Florida, and Orlando in particular.
Of course, there are cable TV's plus DVD's/VCR's in every room, plus a brand new Playstation 2, Free Broadband (High Speed) Wireless Internet Access, plus free local, national and international calls.
The soaring Cathedral ceiling of the Great Room, with its elegant furniture plus entertainment centre, adds to the sense of cool spaciousness. If you enjoy a good read, or like to spend quality time as a family, there is a large library of books, for adults and children, as well as a range of family games, and puzzles. Or maybe you prefer to listen to music from our wide range of CD's or watch the latest movie on DVD - new releases are available at our local hire shop, just 2 mins away - see the newest films before they are released in the UK!
Our elegant Formal Dining Area seats 6 and overlooks the pool and lanai. It is perfect for those special occassions.
And the heart of the home, the large fully equipped kitchen, airy, sunny and with every possible convenience, has another eating area, the Nook. What better place to start your day than here in this sunny area? Perhaps have a quiet morning dip, then sit back and enjoy your breakfast as the sun streams in. Fully equipped with masses of china, cutlery and glasses, it has everything you need to make a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Of course there is a huge American sized cooker, microwave,fridge freezer with ice maker, coffe maker, toaster, automatic electric kettle, blender etc.
The separate utility area holds a large American style washing machine with separate tumble dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.
One of our favourite islands, St Thomas in the Virgin Isles, was the inspiration for our romantic Master Suite. Open the double doors to the huge Sapphire Beach Master Suite, with its 4 poster bed, and imagine sleeping amid the tropical blues and greens. Close your eyes and you can almost hear the waves lapping on that pristine beach. A vast walk-in closet will give you plenty of space for all your belongings. There is a beautiful and spacious en-suite with Roman bath big enough for two, large walk-in shower and twin basins with Hollywood style lights over. With plenty of storage, and fluffy bathrobes for use during your stay, its nautical theme complements the stunning Master bedroom.
In both bathrooms you will find a full bath and a shower, together with a plentiful supply of large, fluffy towels.
Then let the children peep into our beautiful and unique Mickey and Minnie Bedroom, and watch their faces. But how will you decide who sleeps in which bed? As well as a Mickey Mouse TV, behind the doors is an array of new and exciting toys, puzzles, and games to keep them occupied while you relax.
Our second Double bedroom was inspired by one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. Imagine relaxing in our stunning new Antigua bedroom, with its lilac shades reflecting the tropical blossoms that abound on this island. You can't help but feel the tropical atmosphere.
Finally, wake up to the sunshine streaming in to the Tropical Sunrise Room, ready to start another day in wonderful Florida. Palm trees outlined against an azure sky, waves lapping on the golden shore, what more could you want?
All this plus cable TV/DVD/VCRs in every room, BRAND NEW slimline PlayStation 2, wireless broadband internet access, free international calls, AND a home that is kept to a very high standard. We visit it regularly to ensure that our guests enjoy the same high standards that we expect for ourselves.
Totally no-smoking too - a rarity amongst villas! No lingering tobacco smells in our home as we do not allow smoking anywhere, either inside or outside our villa. Most no smoking villas allow smoking outside, we do not.
Our fabulous extra large,fully enclosed 30 x 15 pool is amongst the largest you can find. Fully enclosed to keep the bugs out, but allowing the sunshine in, it is large enough for the whole family to enjoy. Specially designed to provide enough room for a proper swim, it can be accessed by tiled steps. If you can't swim in the waters of the Caribbean, then our pool comes a close second.
Privacy is ensured as we have no other pools to overlook our fabulous pool. There is nothing so wonderful as coming back from the parks to find your own private pool waiting for you. Just slip into its shimmering turquoise water, lie back, look up to the endless blue sky and wonder at its beauty. You may even see huge dragonflies, swooping hawks, or other tropical birds. Bliss! We've even have an ample supply of pool towels for your use at the villa, as well as pool toys to keep the children occupied!
A shady lanai,with luxury padded pool furniture and extended pool deck completes your dream home. Imagine breakfast on the pool deck, fresh chilled Florida orange juice, mouthwatering melon or pineapple, and the sun rising over the sparkling crystal clear water of the pool. Even a take-away pizza tastes better eaten 'Al Fresco'. Delivered fresh to your door by our local Papa John's, all you have to do is chill the wine, carry out the glasses, and take a long cool drink.
Superbly situated, just 2 mins from a new Walmart, shops, restaurants, and within a gentle walking distance of a bank, Subway, superb Indian Restaurant and take-away, wine store, and Bar/Grill it could not be more convenient.
Add great Communal Facilities, a stunning 400 acre lake in a Conservation Area, boating ramp, boardwalk, picnic area, tennis, basketball, fishing (we even provide the fishing rods!) PLUS an Executive Golf Course on site, and you will want for nothing.
