Villa Paraiso is a large beautifully furnished south facing villa set in its own well established gardens on a quiet urbanisation surrounded by mature pine trees, terraces in the sun or shaded nayas, outside bar and barbecue with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols. It is ideally situated close to the delightful town of Tibi in the mountains overlooking the cosmopolitan city of Alicante. There are also many interesting places to visit nearby and pick a bargain at the colourful markets.
The accommodation is on two levels. The first floor comprises of a large lounge and dining area surrounded by terraces with tables and chairs for eating and relaxing, accessed by two large patio doors. There is also a good sized studio room. All these rooms have stunning views of mountains and pine forests. On this floor there is also an American style fully equipped kitchen and a well appointed bathroom.
The ground floor accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, a fully fitted shower room and a lower hallway leading to the utility, outside bar and pool area.
Location:
The villa is ideally situated to capture both the real Spain with its friendly people and glorious views and for those lively nights and shopping trips. The City of Alicante with its beautiful marina, bars, restaurants, beach and extensive shopping outlets is only 20 minutes away. You will also be able to visit lots of other towns such as Benidorm, Altea, Javea, Denia and to the South – Torrevieja all less than an hour’s drive away.

Also near the pool is an outside kitchen, barbecue and a poolside bar and entertainment area ideal for those balmy nights with 2 large tables and plenty of chairs for al fresco dining
