Casa Colina is a large beautifully furnished villa on a quiet urbanisation set in the heart of Olhos D’Agua (close to Albufeira) in the Portuguese Algarve and is only minutes walk away from the beach and many shops, bars and restaurants whilst retaining the peace and quiet of a residential property. It has partial sea views from the gardens and patio areas of the property.
The accommodation is on two levels. The ground floor comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and large lounge with patio door leading to the garden area with tables and chairs for eating and relaxing
On this floor there is also a double bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes with a fully fitted bathroom next door.
The first floor accommodation is accessed via a marble stairway and leads to the master fully fitted double bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading on to a large sun terrace with sea views. This floor also consists of a twin bedded double bedroom and a large fully fitted bathroom next door with a walk in shower cubicle. There is also a door leading to the sun terrace.

The casa is ideally situated within minutes walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. There are also lots of golf clubs within the vicinity. So if you fancy a ‘round’ then you won’t have far to go.
