The three bedroomed Florida villa (sleeps 6) is situated in the residential area of Fairway Oaks on the West (Gulf Coast) of Florida and overlooks the 15th tee of "The Links" golf course. The golf course is open to the public and fees are very reasonable. There are numerous other Golf Courses in the area.
The renowned beaches of the Gulf Coast are within easy reach, as are the cities of Tampa, Clearwater and Sarasota. The villa is maintained to a very high standard; recent upgrades include new sofas and an extension to the pool area to allow for a dedicated sunbathing area. High Definition television with about 200 channels total is available in the loounge. There is also a television in the master bedroom.
The rear of the villa faces West and the pool area benefits from the sun from mid morning until late into the evening. The pool is heated by solar panels.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite facilities. The second bedroom has a full size (double) bed and the third bedroom twin beds. There is a second bathroom. All linens and towels are provided.
There are plenty of beaches nearby. In fact, the beaches on the Gulf Coast of Florida are noted for their white sand and are highly rated and the sea is pleasantly warm in summer. Shops and other attractions are in the local area. Eating is no problem as the villa has a fully equipped kitchen. Should you want to eat out there is plenty of choice in the vicinity. The closest shops are a 15-minute walk or a five-minute drive away.
DSL internet connection is available at no cost should you with to bring your laptop to keep in touch with home or business.
Tampa international airport is a 35-minute drive; Orlando Airport is a 2-hour drive, with the Disney, Universal and Sea World area about 90 minutes. Busch Gardens with its roller coasters and animal park is 45 minutes away.
The renowned Bonati Institute is a five minute drive away.
