This delightful villa offers accommodation for 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared swimming pool, gardens and patio, private parking, a large and gorgeous private terrace with external lighting, patio furniture and sun loungers on the roof of the villa with views to die for of the Bay of Yalikavak and 2 additional private terraces! The villa for your convenience has a TV, DVD, CD player, air conditioning in the bedrooms, seating for 6 in the lounge and dining room, a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and ironing facilites. Set in a peaceful area, yet close to the centres restaurants, bars and shops. For your convenience the local bus stops right outside this lovely complex every 2 hours! The hussle and buzzle of Bodrum can be found a 30 minute drive away. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk or by car a mere 2 minutes drive where the delightful and welcoming bay beckons. A 10 minute drive will offer the delightful resort of Gumusluk that offers another fabulous beach which is great for snorkeling and offers a selection of fish restaurants. "The villa is situated within a small friendly complex of approx. 40 residential and holiday properties, therefore there is a fairly even mix of turkish residents and british visitors, which we considered added to its charm. It is situated 10 minutes by car from the centre of Yalikavak town, a bus service is available to and from the town if required.T he views from the villa of the sea, and Yalikavak bay, are truly stunning, particularly at night.
