Villa Dolluca is situated in an elevated position and is within easy reach of the regions historical sites and fantastic beaches as well as Kalkan’s wonderful array of quality restaurants (about a 5 minute drive/taxi ride away).
In brief, the villa comprises:
Ground Floor:
• Open plan living area (containing two single-sized sofa/day beds suitable for children)
• Satellite TV and DVD player
• CD player
• Full air-conditioning
• Wood burning stove
• WC and hand basin
• Open plan kitchen area (including dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, iron & ironing board, ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils)
• Open plan dining area (seats 6 guests)
• Spiral staircase to first floor
First Floor:
• Two double bedrooms (additional single beds can be added to either bedroom if required). Each contains a king-size bed with mosquito nets, ample storage/wardrobe space and dressing table with mirror. A hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom.
• Two bath/shower rooms (one is en-suite to the master bedroom, the other is adjacent to the second double bedroom – this bathroom contains a washing machine and access to a small balcony where laundry can be dried)
• Large balcony accessed by either bedroom with table and chairs
Outdoors:
• Large pool
• Outdoor dining area and stone built BBQ
• Covered pergola
• Terraces and garden areas
• Sunbeds, deckchairs and parasols
• Parking space
Amenities include:
• Welcome Pack on arrival
• Daily light cleaning and twice weekly full clean and linen change
• Services of our English speaking management agent
• Optional use of mobile phone for making restaurant reservations / ordering Taxi’s etc (for local calls this would cost approximately £6-£8 per week – our agent can provide you with ‘top-ups’ if necessary)
Please note, that Villa Dolluca is accessed by a number of descending steps – these may not be suitable for very small children or for people with walking difficulties. |
