Sunshine Disney Villa is situated on the prestigious Windwood Bay community on CR54, (Ronald Reagan Parkway) just off the US-27 and nestles in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by conservation areas and wetlands. A short walk brings you to a nature trail around lake Madison.
Our fully air-conditioned Villa has a master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite. There are two twin bedrooms and an additional queen room sharing the other 2 bathrooms. There is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen with breakfast dining nook with table and 4 chairs, plus a dining room which seats 6. Relax in the family room where you will find cable TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Or simply relax with a glass of wine in the Spa or lounge around the pool area in the glorious Florida sunshine.
There are many Golf Courses located within a close proximity, Champions Gate resort is only a few minutes down the road and offers 2 world class golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Gold Academy. The villa is less than 5 minutes from Interstate Four providing you easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.
We feel we have found the ideal location in the peaceful and relaxing community of Windwood Bay, the perfect place to enjoy a Florida Vacation.

Living Area
The lounge is furnished to a high standard and has adequate comfortable seating where you and your family can relax and watch the large screen tv or enjoy a complementary dvd on the home theatre system that has been provided for your enjoyment We have also supplied board games for your use.
Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining room, this has been tastefully decorated and can accommodate 6 in one sitting, (There is additional seating for 4 in the kitchen area).
A new windows media centre PC with wifi high speed internet with its own desk and comfortable executive chair is available for your use, or you could connect your laptop instead.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with lots of cupboards and work top space and has been equipped with almost every appliance you will need including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle (essential for that breakfast cuppa), full size cooker, large fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster and waste disposal unit.
There is also a full complement of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, including a full set of unbreakable items for al-fresco dining on the pool deck.
Laundry Room
Leading off the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry room with large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and storage racking.
Master Bedroom Suite
The master suite is tastefully decorated and comprises a King Size bed (High Spec Mattress), cable TV, radio alarm clock, two nightstands with lamps, a large dresser with mirror and a closet for your clothes.
The large en-suite bathroom is fitted with double sink vanity unit, full double mirror, large tub bath and cubicle shower, the private W/C is in a separate room off the en-suite
Double Bedroom
There is a double room allowing two families to occupy the villa comfortably with a bathroom adjacent and comprises a double bed, nightstand with lamp and radio alarm clock, chest of drawers and a large built-in closet and Cable TV/DVD.
Twin Bedroom 1
This twin room is decorated with a Jungle theme has twin beds, nightstand and large built-in closet and Cable TV.
A selection of board games and an XBOX can be found in this room.
Twin Bedroom 2
This twin room is decorated in Disney theme has twin beds, nightstand with lamp and large built-in closet, a Disney TV/DVD and alarm clock (very cute).
Bathrooms
There are two additional bathrooms, the first contains a bath/shower combination with a W/C, wash basin and large mirror and is situated toward the front of the house. The second contains a large walk in shower, W/C, wash basin and a large mirror and situated off the lounge toward the rear of the house.
Games Room
The games room features an Air Hockey table with great sound effects and a high quality foosball table. There are also sofas for relaxing and a large fan to keep things cool.
Exterior
The outside area has been landscaped and is regularly maintained.
The pool deck is fully screened for your comfort, (keeps those little bugs out), and is south facing which gives glorious sunshine well into the evening, just what you need when relaxing after a hard day at the parks !. The pool is large with a super spa, great for unwinding in the bubbles.
The deck area is equipped with luxury pool side furniture, tables, chairs and loungers.
For your safety the door to the pool deck is equipped with a pool alarm to help reduce the risk of children entering the pool area unsupervised, a safety screen may also be erected and can usually be found in the garage if its not in the pool area.
