Stepping from the warmth of the Florida sunshine the entrance hall leads to THE GREAT ROOM. A large airy space with a high vaulted ceiling complete with ceiling fan. The room is beautifully furnished with a luxurious leather suite and occasional tables. An armoire houses a 32" cable TV with DVD player. There is a selection of cd's DVD's books and games for the enjoyment of all the family. We also provide a portable CD player which can be moved around the house and lanai to suit your needs.
The formal dining area seats 6 people for those special occasion meals.
THE KITCHEN AND BREAKFAST NOOK
The kitchen and breakfast nook are separated from the great room by a breakfast bar and 2 barstools. There is a sunny breakfast nook seating 4 people for informal meals and snacks.
The kitchen is fully fitted with maple units and is equipped with everything you could need for a home from home stay!
IST MASTER SUITE
This beautiful sunny room has a high vaulted ceiling with fan. The king sized bed is dressed in reds and russets with toning scatter cushions adding to the ambience.
There is plenty of storage space in the chest and night stands, with further hanging space in the walk in wardrobe.
For your additional comfort there is cable TV, and an alrm clock radio.
The en suite bathroom houses a large walk in shower. There is a mirrored vanity with decorator lighting, a nightlight and hairdryer.There are plenty of towels and for your comfort, "his and hers" bathrobes.
2ND MASTER SUITE
Wake up in the mornings to a beautiful swimming pool and conservation view. Equal in size to the first master this beautiful room has a king sized bed dressed in fresh yellow florals. Again there is ample storage space and in the walk in wardrobe you will find an electronic, digital safe for storage of your tickets passports and personal items.
The ensuite bathroom houses a bath with over the bath shower, vanity with decorator lighting, night light, hairdryer, and "his and hers" bathrobes.
THE QUEEN BEDROOM overlooks the front garden and is furnished in a modern contemporary style. The armoire houses cable TV and DVD player.
TWIN BEDROOMS
There are 2 twin bedrooms, one situated at the front of the house and one on the side. Both rooms have cable TV, one with a PS2 and a small selection of games, and the second with a VHS player.
Both rooms have ceiling fans, alarm clock radios and plenty of storage space.
There is a third bathroom serving both the twin and queen rooms. This has a bathtub with shower over, mirrored vanity, hairdryer and night light.
THE POOL AREA
The 30x15 fully screened pool can be accessed from the Great room or from the ensuite of master 1. There are stunning views to the rear over woodland conservationand beyond the poll large grassy areas surround the villa.
The 12x8 lanai has a ceiling fan and light making it the perfect place to sit on warm Florida evenings with a drink in hand. Alternatively try breakfast or lunch al fresco...a real Florida treat.
There are four sun loungers provided for the sun worshippers amongst you and plenty of room to sunbathe in privacy outside the pool screen if you prefer.
If you have children or non swimmers in your party we would advise you to use the pool safety fence. If the children want to play outside there is masses of room beyond the pool screen where they can play safely.
All pool towels are provided. |
