"Annie Sylvie" is a chalet comprising 6 apartments with a garage on the ground floor.Our two bedroom apartment contains twin beds in one bedroom and two sets of full size bunk beds in the other with a sofa bed in the lounge making the sleeping arrangements more flexible.The apartment is well equipped and benefits from Central heating for winter lets,Satellite TV,CD/DVD player cooker,dishwasher,microwave and a large fridge/freezer and washing machine.Les Gets is an old Savoyarde village in the heart of the "Porte du Soleil".Traditional in character,Les Gets maintains its old world charm whilst providing everything for an enjoyable summer holiday.The bustling main street has many shops and bars.The many restaurants cater for all tastes.There is a market in the village centre every week.There are many summer sporting activities including golf,swimming,tennis,mountain biking,canoeing,white water rafting,parapenting,grass skiing,horse riding and much more.The apartment is near Morzine and the Gorge de la Diable which is a beautiful waterfall an a very deep gorge and well worth a visit.Lake Geneva,Yvoire(a lovely walled mediaeval town on Lake Geneva)Evian les Bains,Annecy, and Chamonix are all a short drive away.The ski lifts and town are a short walk away and a great place for winter skiing.Bed linen is provided but not towels |
