If you're staying in an apartment or villa in Spain you'll want to make the most of your visit by visiting the local markets, shops and sites. Knowing a little bit of Spanish is a great way to enhance your holiday. You'll find the Spanish people are very willing to let you practice your new found Spanish speaking skills and you'll find it invaluable to know a few words of Spanish if you venture off the beaten track.
Start by learning a few basic words and phrases in Spanish.
Learn to count to 10, how to greet people and say your name.
