Owners
must ensure that the details of their villa published on this site
are accurate. It is the villa owners responsibility to make sure
this information is correct and bV can accept no responsibility for the
accuracy of property information.
At least one photo of the
front of the
property must be included before the property advert can be displayed on
the website. The photos displayed in your property advert must
be of the actual property for rental. If your property is under
construction it may be possible to use a photo or photos of
a similar property or show home but this must be agreed with bV and
the owner of the original photo in advance.
A password
protected owner’s area is available where you can update your
contact and property details. Owners must follow the guidelines for
details added in this section.
bV reserve the
right to edit or remove details without notice if we consider it necessary
for any reason. Any text or photos used in your advert must be
your own original work.
Owners are
expected to keep their property information up to date.
Owners must also keep their
personal contact information up to date at all
times. |

Enquiries
through
the site should be answered promptly by the villa owner. If the
owner is unable to provide availability for an enquiry specific to
his/her property the enquiry must be forwarded to info contact@BetterVillas.com
for distribution to other owners.
They must NEVER be passed to other owners directly or to any other
website.
All
enquiries will be processed through the site. No personal contact
information can be included in the property advert – no telephone
number, email, website address.
Replies must
not include any links to other websites advertising villas. You may
direct enquirers to your personal website only if it does not
contain any such
links. |

Only properties owned by private individuals can be included on
this site. Owners must be able to prove ownership of the property
if requested. Owners with more than one property may advertise
multiple properties provided they are all privately owned. Each property
will be advertised individually – one property per page. Any change
in ownership of the villa must be notified to bV
immediately. |

The site will operate on a
referral fee basis. Owners must pay their referral fees when the
deposit for a booking is received. Referral fees are
non-refundable. Owners who do not abide by the rules for paying
referral fees will be removed from the site. Please click here for further details

bV does not guarantee that the website will be
available 100% of the time and accepts no liability for any loss caused by the
website not being available. Villa owners who do not abide by the rules of the site will be
removed without notice. bV reserve the right to remove any owner from the site at our
discretion.
bV has the right to vary its terms and conditions at any time.
